Try this...

... if you want a chippy snack!
Kale Chips
Preheat oven to 375.  Take organic kale [it is on the dirty dozen list] wash and dry.
Strip the leaves from the stem.

Feed the stem to your kids.  Also great for a teething baby!!!!
Place on cookie sheet.  Drizzle with olive oil, then massage the oil into the Kale to cover all the leaves.  Sprinkle with sea salt.  Bake in oven for about 15 minutes or so, rotate in the middle of the time.  Done!
While the kids enjoy the stems....
enjoy your crispy kale snack.

This snack is perfect for the Thyroid Challenged, like myself.  Kale and all cruciferous vegetables are all really really healthy, however people with hypothyroidism should avoid eating cruciferous vegetables RAW I never knew how much I enjoyed raw cauliflower.

hi Denise, i'm glad i saw this recipe...i cook asparagus this way but haven't tried crisping up the kale {i've only tried using kale raw in our green drinks} .. can't wait to give this a try! 3 cheers for greens! : )

isn't this fabulous?! when i couldn't eat anything my aunt introduced this yummy little snack to us and matt made it all the time for me...it felt like i was indulging in potato chips and i didn't feel gross after eating them!! thanks for posting this...it reminded me of this little treat, im going to buy some kale this week! xoxo
