Happy Birthday to my little man who is not so little anymore!! He has grown up so much this past year. He is talking like an adult, reasoning like a teen, and emotional like a pregnant woman. He has an emotinal outburst and then quickly says, "i am so sorry that I yelled at you." He is becoming so compassionate and thoughtful. Learning how to write and read. He can write his name really well, as well as mom, dog, and hi. He is always writing me little notes and invitations. He is still really into golf, basketball, and any ball sport. He says so many funny things. Loves to ask what words means and his vocabulary constantly shocks me (collection, complicated, attached, ...). He has really grown to love his little brother and most of the time takes good care of him, but is still trying to learn to live in the same house as him. He is very protective over his brother unless it is from himself. But he is always saying he loves him so much and loves his cute face and the way it looks. He always entertains him. He helps me so much with letting me know what the little brother is up to good and bad. He loves to play sports, ski (he did really well this year), cook, paint, draw, cut & glue, read/look through books, play outside, planes, trains, blocks, and watch TV. Doesn't really like to be told what to do, clean-up after himself, go to bed/sleep, listen, and eat. He is reflective, observant, and inquisitive.
