happy mother's day

my favorite part of being a mother:

looking into my boys bright blue eyes and hearing what they say... it always surprises me and makes me smile!

Since we bought the house we had a wire fence between us and the neighbors.  We love the view of the mountains, however do not like the view of our neighbor's dead rubarb, carpet cage and other misc. items!  While it probably help the garden grow, it did not help my mind seeing other peoples clutter.  The fence is going to make the back yard so much better!  I can't express how excited I am.

I had a wonderful Mother's day, full of everything that I wanted.  Gavin painted me a pot with grass growing in it!  Brock gave me a tea pot and BUILT ME THE FENCE that I have wanted!!  Thanks Brock...you are soooo good to me and the fence looks great!!!  My mom came over and tilled my garden and helped Brock with the fence :)  Thanks Mom for spending the day with us!!!  The boys helped me plant flowers, move the strawberries, and water everything including eachother ;-)
