happy 16 months
My little cave man is growing up and spent the past month perfecting his cute little stagger of a walk.
He isn't talking too much more however he is learning all of sounds to accompany his grunting and pointing: train = choo choo (in the cutest little voice); gorilla = aahhh (while pounding chest); lion = rahhh; cow = mah
He now points to hair, eye, nose, teeth, belly button, feet, and hands.
He tries to put hats, glasses, and clothes on.
He found his nose and eye the other day in the car and was completely ticked because he kept putting his finger deep into each.
He loves books. He points to everything and wants you to tell him what it is. Most of the time he will get stuck on one page and just wants to look at that once page and tell him what everything is.
He doesn't like thunder or the night sky.
He likes airplanes in the sky.
He doesn't like sleeping or eating.
He likes water.
He doesn't like to brush his teeth, but loves tooth brushes.
He loves to ride his bike.
He tries to use the potty like a big boy -- usually he pees on the floor in front of the big potty:)
He loves to throw things away and take things out of the trash. The other day I asked him to put this book away and he threw it "away".
He is allergic to mosquitoes so now he can't play outside as much as he would like:(
Loves, Love, Loves to dance. He will walk in circles, throw out an air guitar, then kick is legs and shuffle his feet. He comes to me with the yo gaba gaba disc all the time because he want to dance with Jack Black. So awesome.
He is very territorial over his mama. If I am talking too much to other people he will express disapproval and if Gav is sitting on me, he will try to push him off and give a sour look.
He still wants to do everything that Gavin is doing and play with what ever he is playing with. I guess this is a little brother thing.
He is very stubborn and once he gets his mind on something there is no distracting him:)
He loves to laugh, boss, cuddle, and explore. He is just a joy in our house!! We are so lucky to have him:)
