I have wanted to make an Indian dish for the longest time, but for some reason, I have been intimated.
I have to admit...I am a little obsessed with food and making it healthy! I love trying to incorporate spices and ingredients that make a meal whole and healthy. Turmeric and Curry have many health benefits... so I have always thought about cooking an Indian food.
Well, thanks to Martha, I finally saw that it is not that big of a deal!! As always, she makes everything look so easy.
So I did it!
It was so so delicious:)
Brock and the kids really liked it too!
NOTE: I did not add the dried pepper [for the kids sake] or the curry leaves [because I did not have them].
I did make my own curry paste -- easy!
