Today as the kids were getting dressed I showed Dashel that there was a number on his shirt, so naturally Gavin wanted a shirt with a number as well. So I give him the only shirt I could find for him with a number. Turns out that Dashel is 95 and Gavin is 33.
All of a sudden Gavin starts on this huge fit that Dash has a bigger number than he has, and that it means that I think that Dash is older and bigger than him, and so on.
Basically he took it as a huge dis to him personally because their shirts have unequal numbers on them.
WOW
However, I will give him a break because he is suffering from a head cold and an overall feeling of being ill. Plus if Gavin is hungry he is a bear anyway.
I do have to give the four year old credit that he understands the value of such large numrics.

That's such a 4-year-old thing to get upset about :) Lately Tempe is obssessed with who she is bigger than. She tells Lena about 10 times a day "I'm bigger than you." Luckily Helena doesn't care yet.
