happy 10 months

Dashel is a funny funny baby! He is the biggest snorter we know. He snorts at dinner, he snorts at people passing by in the store, he snorts when he sees Gavin, he snorts when he wants to play, and he snorts when he wants to talk. That is how he communicates! I love it. He is also developing his sense of humor and loves to laugh.

He is a very decisive boy and lets you know very agressively what he wants and does not want. He will grab your clothes or push you away. He will crawl around the house after you and when you stop he will grab your pant let if he wants up. If you give him something he does not care for, he will throw it out of the way. Usually he is very reckless.

He splashes like crazy in the bath and does not mind if Gavin splashes him in the face or if he dumps water on his head. He loves bath time especially when Gavin is in with him. Together they make a big splasing water mess.

He doesn't like books yet unless he can eat them, but he is fascinated with opening and closing the pages. He likes cars and balls and has been trying to stack blocks. He is crawling all over the place and pulling to stand. His favorite move however is downward facing dog. He enjoys toilet paper and pulling it off the roll and now he enjoys playing in toilet water. If he is missing I know I will find him in the bathroom doing something fun! He loves to play with snow until his hands are so cold he cries. He loves to ride in the car and stroller. He loves the vacuum and gets so mad when I vacuum because he can't put it in his mouth and the thinks I'm trying to tease him by keeping the vacuum away from him.

He has four teeth and is working on another top one. He started to enjoy finger food a little bit this past month, but breast milk is what he prefers:)
